Revival Tabernacle Saturday Summit... Coming in February
...but sanctify Christ as Lord in your hearts, Witnessing is much more than telling unsaved people how much you love Jesus. In fact, Peter makes it clear here that it is making a defense... giving an account. This February, in our Saturday Summit, we will be focusing on Christian Apologetics. It will be a power-packed, 3-hour teaching on how to truly and accurately make a defense for the hope that we as Christians have in Christ Jesus. Our host will be Michael Ramsden. Michael Ramsden has been European director of RZIM Zacharias Trust since its foundation in 1997 and is Joint Director of the Oxford Centre for Christian Apologetics. He is also Lecturer in Christian Apologetics at Wycliffe Hall, Oxford. Michael was brought up in the Middle-East and later moved to England where he worked for the Lord Chancellor’s department investing funds. While doing research at Sheffield University he taught Moral Philosophy and lectured for the International Seminar on Jurisprudence and Human Rights in Strasbourg. Michael is a passionate evangelist and an engaging apologist who speaks to a wide variety of audiences worldwide from business and political groups to church congregations and universities. Committed to taking the gospel to places where the Christian faith is marginalised, Michael is also involved in a number of initiatives to equip and train emerging leaders and evangelists throughout Europe. He has contributed to the book Preach the Word! and has written a series of articles for Idea magazine, giving an evangelical response to some of today’s most challenging issues. He is married to Anne and they live in Oxford with their three children.
